Course Description

When communication goes off course, it is frequently difficult to identify where things went wrong, and to determine how to reframe the conversation in a more productive and positive way. This mini-course is based a communication model which brings to the fore how to access the critical self-awareness needed to improve or modify your interpersonal communication at work. The course is intentionally introspective and allows you to examine your internal and external interpersonal habits that impact your level openness in interpersonal relationships.

I am the Principal of DKA TOOLKIT INC., an Organizational Effectiveness Consultancy offering executive/leadership coaching, corporate training, psychometric testing, and online courses - in leadership development, cross-cultural communication, diversity & inclusion, team building, and emotional intelligence.
